Before you start shopping on Micolet, we recommend that you carefully read this information which you may find useful. It shouldn't take you more than five minutes.

Where are the clothes that you sell from?

The clothes you buy at Micolet are for women and men like you and your family. It is clothing that they have bought or were given as a gift and have used very little, so it is almost new (or even unused) and can have a "second life".

What is the cost of the items?

In Micolet you will find your favourite fashion items (maximum 3 seasons old) with a 70-80% discount compared to the price in shops. In each description of the item, you will find how much it costs, approximately, in shops and with the discount on Micolet.

Do you have an offline store?

No, the clothes can only be purchased on our online store. But if you place an order and you are not satisfied, we accept returns.

How do you guarantee that the items are in good conditions?

We check all the clothes we receive. We have a professional staff that checks and evaluates every item carefully to determine its quality and to make sure that it meets our criteria before we put it on sale.

Predicted time since the order leaves Micolet's warehouse.

* Once the package reaches the pick up point, you will receive an email to inform you that you can pick up your order within a maximum period of 10 days. If you do not remove your package, the items will be returned to Micolet and, in the event that you request a new shipment, you will have to pay the shipping costs again.

Check your package as soon as it is delivered. If you see that it has been tampered with, is broken or damaged, please report it at the same time to the pick up point or carrier that delivered it to you so that it is reflected in their system. Do not sign as compliant. Otherwise, if any item is missing, we will not be able to make a correct claim.

Can I buy now and receive it later?

Yes, you now have the option to schedule your shipment up to 30 days after purchase. To do this, when you buy from Micolet you will have the option of selecting "normal shipping" so that your order is sent from 9:00am on the next business day, or the option: "I want to receive my order later". In this step you can indicate a date up to 30 days after the date of this first purchase and your order will remain open until 9:00h of the selected date.

As long as your order is in an "open" state, you can change the shipping date so that it arrives later. You just have to enter your Micolet user account and in said purchase select a date of up to a maximum of 30 days after the initial date.

Thanks to this option during all those days that your purchase is open you can add all the items you want to this order and without paying more shipping costs. Only shipping costs related to the first purchase (if any), all other items you add during the remaining days will be exempt from transportation costs.

How much do I have to pay for the delivery?

Shipping costs for purchases made on Micolet.co.uk depends on the amount of your purchase:

HOME DELIVERY (Hermes - MR)
  • Purchases up to £25.65: £5.98
  • Purchases from £25.66 to £68.41: £4.27
  • Purchases over £68.41: £0.00

*Occasionally, there could be some variation in the shipping costs. Don't worry! We will inform you before you make the purchase.

Shipping costs are charged in the first payment of your purchase in relation to the amount of that purchase. You can then continue adding more garments to your order without paying additional shipping costs, but in no case will shipping costs already paid be discounted, even if your final order is for a higher amount.

How can I pay for my order?

With a credit or debit card or with PayPal. Once you select the payment method, you will be redirected to a third-party verification (TPV) (for card payments) or PayPal (for PayPal payments) where, under a completely secure environment, you will be asked for the information to make the payment.

I have a promotional code, how can I use it?

You can redeem your promotional code on the checkout page of your order, right in the text box below the question "Do you have a promotional code? Make sure you enter your code at this step, as you won't be able to redeem it later.

If you are on a computer, you will see the box to redeem your code under the selected payment method. If you are on mobile, you can find it in the drop-down in the details of your purchase.

Once you have entered the coupon code, click on the "Apply" button. The discount will automatically be applied to your purchase and will appear in the purchase details.

Remember that only one code can be applied per purchase/shipment. Even if your purchase consists of two payments, only one promotion can be applied. In addition, vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other offers.

Promotional codes cannot be used to pay for shipping costs. They will only be applied to the amount of items in your cart. So the shipping costs charged will be relative to the subtotal of your purchase once the promotional code discount has been applied, and taking into account the shipping method selected.

Each promotional code has certain minimum spending requirements, whether or not it is limited to the first purchase, country, user account, etc. That is why we advise you to carefully check the terms and conditions detailed on your voucher before using it. Unless otherwise specified, coupons are valid for 6 months by default.

Can I return my purchase if I am not satisfied with it?

Of course. In the event that you don not like something, you have 14 days to return it. If you want to send the clothes to be returned through our transport company, you can request the return from your user account. Here you can generate the Return request after payment of the corresponding handling and shipping costs.

What do I do if I have received the incorrect item?

In the event that we send you an order with some incorrect items or that have a defect that we have not detected, please contact us via info@micolet.co.uk providing as much information as possible about the incident. It will also be very useful for you to send us a photo.

In the event that a refund has to be made, we will tell you how we will proceed.

If the problem is that your package is delivered to you in poor condition, broken or tampered with... please report it at the same time to the pick up point or carrier that delivered it to you so that it is reflected in their system. Do not sign as compliant. Otherwise, if any item is missing, we will not be able to make a correct claim.

What are the different icons found in the listings?

You will find different icons on each listing:

  • Icon with etiquette: New clothes. The items are new and have not been used, they still have the original brand labels
  • Icon with an asterisk: The item has a small defect. These are clothes and items that despite having a small defect, are accepted because of the brand, this high quality or the type of items that we believe you could be interested in. The types of small defect:
    • Clothes without a button
    • Clothes with a small sign of wear
    • Clothes with some small stains that can be washed
    • Clothes with damaged haberdashery.
    • Clothes that are a little bit broken
How often do new items appear on Micolet?

We are constantly adding new clothes. No two items are the same, so we advise you to visit us from time to time to check the new items we have to offer.
