ATTENTION: Due to the current exceptional situation, Micolet cannot guarantee the return collection service, so all of them must be managed by the customers on their own. How do I request a return?

From the moment you receive the clothes that you have bought, you have 14 calendar days to return them if they do not meet your expectations.

If you want to return the garments through our transport company, follow these simple steps:

  1. Access your Micolet user account and enter My order > Return > Request a return. At that moment all the garments of all your purchases that are within the return period will be shown to you, and you will be able to select the clothes you want to return. Don't forget to tell us why!
  2. You can also access this screen through the Purchase History, by clicking on the "Return" button that appears next to the reference of your purchase.
  3. Pay the shipping costs for the return that correspond to the selected shipping method and the number of items to be returned. Carrying 3 items is not the same as 20!
  4. You will shortly receive an email confirming the payment of the return shipping costs and a link to download the Return Sheet that you have to print and include in the box that you send us along with the items you do not want. You will also find this Return Sheet within the Return section of your user account.

    ATTENTION: we will only accept the garments indicated on the Return Sheet. If you have to return more items that do not appear on this page, you will have to start the application process again and pay the return shipping costs for those items. Therefore, we recommend that, before finalizing the payment, you check all the garments you want to return are there.

  5. Prepare your return package according to the instructions that we indicate on the Return Sheet. So you will have it ready to send it.
  6. For returns at Pick up point collection, you will receive a second email with the label of the transport company that you will have to stick outside of your package. In this way, you can already deliver your package to a Pick up point.

    Remember to keep the receipt provided by the transport company until we confirm by email that we have received the items you have sent us.

  7. We will take care of making the corresponding payment for the return once we have received the clothes and checked that everything is correct.

If you prefer to return the clothes on your own, you can do it. But before doing any of the steps described above, contact us at and we will tell you how to proceed.

Once we receive the items, in a maximum period of 15 days, we will return the money back to you. Do not worry because we will send you an email confirming the payment. Remember that the money will be returned to the same payment method with which you made the purchase.

What do I do if I have received the incorrect item?

In the event that we send you an order with some incorrect items or that have a defect that we have not detected, please contact us via providing as much information as possible about the incident. It will also be very useful for you to send us a photo.

In the event that a refund has to be made, we will tell you how we will proceed.

How do I prepare the clothes I want to return?

It is very important that you send us the items you want to return in a tightly sealed cardboard box or in a well-sealed bag to avoid losing any items on the way.

In the case that you only have a transparent bag in which to send the clothes, please wrap and seal the package very well so that its contents cannot be seen.

When will I receive my refund payment?

Once we receive your items, within a maximum period of 15 days. Don't worry because we will send you an email confirming the return of your money.

Remember that the money will be returned to the same payment method used to make the purchase.

How can I know the status of my return?

Once you have requested a return through our website, you will be able to see all the information regarding the return on your Micolet user account, on My order > Returns. Here you will see the status of the return, requested collection method, collection address (in the case it is at home), garments that you are going to return, access to the Return Sheet and information about the shipment.

How much do I have to pay for the shipping costs of a return?

It is not the same to send 3 garments than 20, we have to adapt the costs of the returns to the number of garments you are going to send and the delivery system you select. Therefore, if you want to use our transport to return the clothes you do not want, the return costs are the following:

In some cases Micolet could promote the shipping costs of the returns by lowering the price of the fixed cost to £0. In these situations, only will be charged the variable cost of shipping according to the number of items to be returned.

Can I return items from different purchases in the same package?

Yes, as long as all the garments correspond to purchases that are within the return period (14 calendar days since you receive your purchase). It is very easy, you just have to follow the steps that we indicate here.
