How do I request a return?

From the moment you receive the clothes that you have bought, you have 14 calendar days to return them if they do not meet your expectations.

To do this, you have to access your Micolet user account and go to the "Purchases" section. Locate the purchase from which you want to return a garment, click on "Return" and select the garments to be returned.

Now you can bring your package, with the items to be returned, to the courier company that you have hired. The return address is Micolet Web S.L., Calle Iturrigorri nº 8. 48970 Basauri (Bizkaia). Spain

We will take care of making the corresponding payment for the return once we have received the clothes and checked that everything is correct.

Once we receive the items, in a maximum period of 15 days, we will return the money back to you. Do not worry because we will send you an email confirming the payment. Remember that the money will be returned to the same payment method with which you made the purchase.

What do I do if I have received the incorrect item?

In the event that we send you an order with some incorrect items or that have a defect that we have not detected, please contact us via info@micolet.co.uk providing as much information as possible about the incident. It will also be very useful for you to send us a photo.

In the event that a refund has to be made, we will tell you how we will proceed.

How do I prepare the clothes I want to return?

It is very important that you send us the items you want to return in a tightly sealed cardboard box or in a well-sealed bag to avoid losing any items on the way.

In the case that you only have a transparent bag in which to send the clothes, please wrap and seal the package very well so that its contents cannot be seen.

Oh, and very important! Do not forget to add the return sheet or sheets within the package. You can read how to make a return here.

When will I receive my refund payment?

Once we receive your items, within a maximum period of 15 days. Don't worry because we will send you an email confirming the return of your money.

Remember that the money will be returned to the same payment method used to make the purchase.

How can I check if the refund has been made and its status?

You can check the status of the return by logging into your Micolet user account, in the "Purchases" section. You can also access it through the following link: My order.
