When will I receive my order?

You will receive your order within a maximum period of 5 working days once the order has been sent from us.

There may be some delay in delivery temporarily due to the situation of the Covid-19.

The orders are prepared at 09:00 a.m. every day, from Monday to Friday. Until then you can add more items to your purchase without having to pay shipping costs* (only the first purchase will be charged at the rates indicated in Shipping costs). If you have your shipment scheduled, you will have until 09:00AM on the morning of the selected day to continue adding more items without having to pay more shipping costs.

At any time, you can check the status of the delivery of your purchase from your Micolet user account, in the "Purchases" section. Or, if you prefer, you can access it directly through the following link: My order

*Sometimes, the orders will be sent later for a number of different reasons (holidays, special promotions...). In the event that this situation occurs, this information will be indicated on the website before your order has been finalised.

How can I cancel an order?

You can cancel the entire purchase without problems, however, before we begin the management of the shipment and the purchase is now in the "Open" state. To do this, you just have to enter your Micolet user account and, in the "Purchases" section, select the "Cancel Purchase" option that will appear next to the order information. Once a purchase has been cancelled, we will send you a confirmation email and you will see it reflected in your Micolet user account, in the "Purchases" section. The return of the money will be made within a maximum period of 5 working days to the same payment method with which you made the purchase.

In case you want to partially cancel the purchase, you will have to contact us by email at, but we can not assure you that we will manage it before the order leaves our store.

Once the order has been managed by the Micolet team, if you want to cancel a purchase you will have to manage a return. More information about returns here.

How can I add items to my order?

Items can be added to orders that are in the "Open" state (the preparation of this order has not yet started) without paying shipping costs or extra expenses. It is a free service.

For this, you have to access Micolet with the same account with which you made the first purchase. When making the new purchase, the items will be automatically added to the open order. You can check that no extra shipping costs are charged and only the price of the items has been charged.

As a general rule, orders will be closed at 09:00 a.m. from Monday to Friday. There may be exceptions to this but you will be informed before the end of the order process.

Can I change the shipping address of my purchase?

Yes, you can change the address up to one day before the shipment. To do so, simply log in to your Micolet user account, and in the "Purchases" section, select "Change delivery address". A window will open in which you can create a new address where you want to receive your purchase.
